New Year; New Resolutions

I guess I should start on these New Years Resolutions since it's already the 2nd of January :o

here we go:

1. successfully complete my EMT written test so I can start doing the job I want to be doing.

2. Move out of my house. 20 years of this madness is ENOUGH!

3. Get my Subaru STi ... or if I'm still afraid It'll take too long to figure out how to drive it, my Subaru WRX Automatic.

4. Stop having such a potty mouth!

5. Cut back on the Energy Drinks. I know, somehow, they're slowly killing me. lol

6. Get my two main WoW characters to level 85.

7. Steer clear of any drama. If any of it comes darting at me ... I'm running the other way!

8. "I will not dwell in the past, or, obsess over the future. I will live in the present"

9. Forgive & Forget.

10. Make 2011 the best year for me, yet. Live every day like it's my last. Give everyone a fair chance & help those who need me. <3

World of Warcraft : Cataclysm

I only have a few, minor complaints regarding Cataclysm:

I've been leveling a Worgen Warrior. I've been playing WoW for a year & I can tell you that I have never seen anything like how you level Worgens. There's videos to watch, frequently, extremely interactive quests. For anyone who has played WoW, prior to the release of Cataclysm you know what I'm talking about.
I'm trying to level mine, now, like I always have, but even all of the basic quests in common places like Westfall have changed!
IDK about all of this, you can't just change everything around and expect it to be alright. It makes it harder on those of us who have been playing for awhile!
I'm getting the hang of it & oddly, my Worgen is becoming my favorite character! Wouldn't have seen that one coming! lol It's taking some getting used to, but finally I'm catching on to the Worgen thing!
Also, everything is re gening so fast that you're up a creek without a paddle almost instantly after completing some quests. It's making everything tougher!

"So Long ; So Long ; I Have Erased You..."

It's always nice to log into facebook & see that my ex's downgrade to dirty girls. At least it gives me a good laugh. Maybe it's just because you can't get any better than me (;

"In A Relationship With: The Army"

Every time I'm doing my usual "Facebook Creeping" & see some little girl, over hype up her army relationship & how tough she is and how hard her life is I wanna puke.
I used to be an Army girlfriend. I fell for a guy who was deployed in Iraq. A few second phone call to know he was alive was the best day. I didn't complain, I didn't whine, I didn't get upset when we couldn't talk.
I lived on post with him when he came home & sure I had all of the Teddy Bears and cute things but I never, once, hyped up the relationship because he was a soldier. I never, once, thought i was more special than any other girl because i was with him. It was a relationship, a normal relationship that had some tough times added to it by the army. But what relationship doesn't have tough times added to it by a job, or some other outside force?
I feel like these girls are so proud that they're dating soldiers that it looks like they're dating the army & not the man. In the end, at the end of every day, these soldiers are men & they want to be men, they want to be talked about like men and not like "soldiers". There is more to them than the army & you need to find that.
I may no longer be an army girlfriend, and that is fine by me, but I will never forget what it taught me. How it taught me to grow up & put somebody else before me. To be grateful for the little things. To be patient and to be understanding.
